The Chef’s Table Experience

A tasting menu journey, guided by season and craft

After traveling coast to coast, we found tasting menus to be the most meaningful way to connect people to food. This format allows the chef to guide the entire evening — creating each course around what’s fresh, local, and inspiring in the moment.

Rather than choosing from a menu, guests are invited to trust the process and be taken on a culinary journey that celebrates ingredients at their peak.

Our five-course experiences bring the feel of an exclusive restaurant into your home or vacation rental — without the travel or the price tag of major cities.

All you have to do is arrive present and hungry. We take care of the rest.

Begin the Conversation

Your experience starts with a short event questionnaire that helps us understand your gathering. You’ll share:

  • event date & location

  • number of guests

  • type of gathering

  • dietary needs or preferences

 

From there, a soft hold will be placed on your requested date, and we'll follow up with:

  • ​date availability

  • answer any questions you have

  • begin crafting your menu

A Menu Designed Just for Your Evening

Every tasting menu is thoughtfully created around:

  • seasonal ingredients

  • local farms and producers

  • technique, balance, and creativity

 

You’re welcome to share preferences — but the heart of the experience comes from trusting the chef to guide the journey.​ Our tasting menu format is five courses, a palate cleanser, cold appetizer, hot appetizer, main course, and dessert. 

Once the menu is finalized, your date is secured with a deposit.

From here on out — we take the reins.

The Day of Your Event

We arrive roughly six hours before the first course with all the essential equipment needed for execution.

After a quick walk-through of your space, we begin:

  • on-site prep and cooking

  • transforming the dining area

  • setting the tone for the evening

You’re free to relax and enjoy your company while everything comes together.

The Tablescape & Atmosphere

A signature part of the Field & Flour experience is creating a setting that feels rooted in the season. We provide:

  • linens

  • tableware & glassware

  • seasonal décor

  • tables & chairs if needed

The

Dining Experience

Once guests arrive, the evening begins with an introduction from Chef Noah and the first course.

Before each dish, Noah shares:

  • the inspiration behind the course

  • featured farms and ingredients

  • stories that connect you to the food

 

Beverages beyond water are provided by the host, and wine pairing suggestions are always available.

 

Then — you simply enjoy the journey.

How it Works:

After the Final Course

When the evening comes to a close, we handle all kitchen and dining cleanup — returning your space to how it was when we arrived.
